Beautiful and Sturdy Crib!,
We love this crib! It is a beautiful color, slightly darker than traditional oak, but beautiful none the less. But best of all, it feels sturdy. I did’t want to place my baby in a crib that wobbled and this one feels very strong. It took maybe 2 hours to assemble with two people (one being 8 months preggo!) We also purchased the matching dressers and the set makes a beautiful looking nursery. We are decorating with cocolate brown and it complemens the wood nicely. I would highly recommend this crib. With one of the dressers, we missplaced a small wood plug and Basset Furniture customer service sent a replacement ASAP with no questions asked – excellent customer service from this company!

|Excellent Quality, Attractive Crib,
This crib is beautiful- made completely out of solid wood (no laminated particle board here), and featuring an ‘oak’ finish that is neither too dark or light. For me, this was the perfect alternative to a cherrywood or natural finish. It arrived via truck, tightly packed in a very large box complete with plenty of styrofoam and cushion wrap packaging. There were no missing or damaged pieces.
The directions were better than average, and all of the assembly screws came in one mulit-compartment package, each fully labeled.
Like all cribs, this one is difficult to assemble. While frustrating, consider that much of the
‘hassle’ is due to safety features built into the piece which will protect your infant from potential harm.
I also purchased the matching Bassettbaby River Ridge 3 Drawer Dresser – Oak, which is also of good quality.
Note- the crib comes with toddler conversion rails!
